The Project:
The project for the new AAPACDM facilities, whose first stone was laid in June 2022, aims to increase the availability of this type of infrastructure, promoting social inclusion and reducing discrimination in the Algarve region.
The objective is to create a new social care solution while expanding an existing one, enhancing facilities for people with disabilities and impairments.
The building comprises the Activities and Inclusion Training Center (CACI), a Residential Home (LR), an administrative and service area, activity rooms, physiotherapy facilities, and a gym within the CACI section. The Residential Home area includes bedrooms and a communal lounge.
The new facilities of the Associação Algarvia were inaugurated in September 2024.

The project was awarded to Rolear.ON through a public tender and is financed by the Portugal 2020 programs, CRESC Algarve 2020, and the European Regional Development Fund.
